Email and CRM Coordinator

nn Key Duties and Responsibilities nn Coordinate email marketing and database marketing efforts.

Deliver against the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all existing CRM and email marketing channels and make necessary adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to plan, execute and evaluate email marketing programs.

Develop hypotheses for email segments, email journeys and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing to recommend optimization.

Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud email database and email marketing to drive traffic to havaianas.com and flagship retail stores.

Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers.

Explore and test new marketing opportunities such as social media channels, apps, ad formats, etc.

Research competitors and their strategies to find gaps in the industry and take advantage of new performance marketing innovations.

nn Requirements: nn Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required Two or more years of experience in email and digital marketing Direct experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud systems or similar CRM tools.
