- Oversee valuations as a part of the quarterly portfolio valuation process
- Assist with coordinating private equity valuation functions with accounting/marketing/legal departments and external auditors
- Assist with research projects including market area analysis
- Assist with other ad hoc projects
- Manage valuations are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Public/Big 4 accounting experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Experience with Capital IQ or Bloomberg a plus
- Experience with modeling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong work ethic
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
