The Associate Director, Platform Success ensures the success of our partners via consistent communication, regular check-ins, yield optimization strategy, understanding and conveying product requests, and providing top-line platform fluency for optimal success.
You will play a key role in driving strategy and setting foundation for best-in-class platform experiences for our customers.n n What You’ll Don Strengthen and grow relationships of an existing portfolio of premium publisher partnerships Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, media solutions, engineering, and platform sales to assure optimal support for our publisher base Understand and suggest improvements on publisher developments including site changes, monetization strategy, and new product needs Manage team of platform success managers to achieve individual and team KPIs including revenue targets, product adoption, and key customer retention Operate effectively in a player/coach role Ensure all internal teams have visibility and transparency into pending initiatives and status of publisher developments Lead bi-weekly calls, meetings, and quarterly business reviews with key publishers Position reports to the Senior Director, Platform Successn n What You’ll Needn Previous publisher team lead experience is required At least 5-7 years experience in a client-facing role working within ad tech with premium publishers At least 2-3 years experience in hiring, managing, and growing a high performing team Demonstrable track record of retaining, growing, and driving product utilization within a defined publisher book of business Experience in online advertising/media is required Fluent understanding of ad serving technology (e.g.
Google Ad Manager) SaaS specific experience is preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment Strong communication skills Highly motivated, energetic & ambitious Detail oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture Ability to multitask and perform under pressuren n What We Offern n At Nativo, you make an immediate impact.
