What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of RNs and clinical staff on a 24-room Mother Baby Unit, ensuring high-quality, family-centered care.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource management to maintain smooth, safe workflows.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement best practices and patient care strategies.
- Monitor outcomes and continuously improve clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and caregiver engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (required); Master’s degree preferred.
- Active California RN license and BLS certification from AHA (required).
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics or mother-baby care strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership or charge RN experience with a passion for team development and quality improvement.
