Your primary focus will be to guide and support students throughout their academic journey, ultimately helping them achieve their graduation and employment goals. Responsibilities: Cultivate trusting relationships with students to provide ongoing support Proactively identify and assist students facing academic or personal challenges Engage with students through various communication channels and resources Monitor and track student progress and persistence Consult with students considering withdrawal and document interactions in compliance with policies Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred 2-3 years of experience in academic advising, coaching, or counseling preferred Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training considered Skills/Abilities: Ability to establish rapport and trust with students Strong oral, written, and digital communication skills Excellent organization skills in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in data analysis and comprehension Passion for helping others achieve their goals Outstanding customer service skills Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management software We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
