Administrative Assistant


Well established boutique firm in Los Angeles seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the firms administrative, operations, and HR teams. Administrative Assistant will have a minimum of 3 years experience providing clerical, administrative and operations support in a law firm or professional services company. This role is ideal for a Jack and Jill of All Trades and those who excel at and enjoy managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities can include managing procedural tasks and support projects; compiling, researching and analyzing information and data; creating and building records and documentation systems; assisting with recruiting support; and maintaining the firms marketing information.
