We’re looking for an administrative professional to join the LA Office as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.

We need an enthusiastic and detail-minded person who can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive attitude.

This position provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks including:

Manages incoming calls and appropriately directs callers.

Greets visitors and distributes incoming and outgoing documents.

Orders, stocks and takes inventory of office equipment and supplies.

Oversees maintenance of equipment.

Provides administrative support services such as document processing/management, travel arrangements, meeting planning, calendar assistance, and project task coordination.

Assists Office Manager and specific Project Managers as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Office.

Two+ years of administrative support experience.

Superior proofreading skills.

You must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to work in our offices.

Desired/Preferred:

Experience working in a professional services firm.

Associates Degree or at least two years college course work.

Experience providing administrative support to management.

Graphics experience.
