As a Senior Office Services and Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team responsible for maintaining our West Los Angeles office facility and ensure a high level of office support services is provided to our associates. This will be a 5 day in-office role, with flexibility. Typical working hours may be 6am-4pm, with the understanding that business needs require flexibility.

- You have extensive experience leading/managing teams that are responsible for maintaining Class A facilities and providing the core office support services that are critical for a large complex global organization. Deep experience in facility management, financial budgeting, business continuity, vendor management as well as a basic understanding of building mechanical systems is a plus.
- You are comfortable navigating a highly collaborative corporate environment and balancing multiple stakeholders and groups to accomplish a goal.
- You’re a proven leader and skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You’ve facilitated a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences.
- You embody our core values and can motivate and develop a high performing team. This will include coaching, mentoring, identifying stretch opportunities, assigning work and managing performance.
- You have a strong foundation providing innovative solutions and partner in delivering metrics that demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of facility maintenance and operations.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $152,861-$259,864
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
