Capital Market Middle Office Analyst-Foreign Exchange & Interest Rates

Overview:
CAPITAL MARKET MIDDLE OFFICE ANALYST- FX & Interest Rates WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Middle Office is a position that will develop and lead all aspect of strategic planning, maintain adequate operations procedures and systems for the Capital Market Operations within Business & Investment Services (B&IS).

This function covers incumbent’s responsibilities for operations relating to all line of business within Capital Market, which include FX, Interest Rate Derivatives & Trade Finance.  Specific cross-training to be conducted in due time.

 

The primary immediate function for this role, will be to support the daily Supply Chain Finance activities. The overall objective is to help ensure all SCF programs are onboarded correctly and in a timely manner.

 

What you will doProviding support to Front Office SCF Sales

Maintain and manage daily tasks including but not limited to trade entries, management control reports

Create SCF Program documentation

Forward all relevant documentation to AFS Boarding and Trade Service Operations for onboarding and subsequent buyer/supplier training and Transactions

Must-Have*

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services/ banking industry

Minimum 1 year of operations management, client service management, documentation, or client training experience required

Minimum 2 years of experience providing customer service

Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree in business, international, or marketing preferred

Prior experience working in an Interest Rate Middle Office team or other adjacent operations team relating to Interest rates

Individuals who have Middle office experience in other products may be considered

Sees the big picture and keeps current with emerging business, economic and market trends

Strong team player who collaborates readily with others within and across teams

This opportunity would suit an individual who has strong interpersonal skills, is responsive and has a commitment to serving their client group

Experience reading and translating DCRR/Approvals into unexecuted Document Packages and Boarding Checklists

Knowledge of UCC search, position, and filing

Ability to interpret legal agreements from inside and outside counsel, their execution, and retention standards

CompensationStarting base salary: $71,869 – $114,797 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
