We are looking for an Associate Attorney that has a civil litigation (defense) background
Responsibilities Include The Following
• Drafting and reviewing motions and pleadings
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Providing legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients
• Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions
• Handling all written discovery from service to completion
• Preparing for and attending trials as needed
• Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
