Chef Chad Colby acclaimed Antico Nuovo is an Italian Restaurant that celebrates an antique way of cooking; preserving traditions in wood fire cookery, hand made pasta, and using produce from the kitchen garden. Antico seeks to contribute to the growth of it’s surrounding community and build one within it’s own walls.
