Requirements:

• At least two years of previous Floor Manager experience in a contemporary Chef driven, full-service restaurant
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Driving standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, menu knowledge and genuine and warm hospitality
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy – (POS Toast, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
• Understand and analyze the P&L and course correct as needed
• Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
