Summary
Responsible for financial analysis and reporting, month-end close, Sarbanes-Oxley controls and compliance, financial systems, and supervising accounting team members. Reports to CFO.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and reporting
- Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Generate financial analysis and reports
- Oversee Sarbanes-Oxley controls, compliance and audits
- Manage accounting policies and procedures in compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, taxes and all applicable regulations
- Manage accounting programs such as electronic workflows and record retention
- Review sales/use tax, property tax, unclaimed property
- Assist with costing and budgeting
- Lead accounting projects
- Supervise accounting team members
Education and Skills
* Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting
* Costing experience a plus
* Advanced user of MS Excel. MS Access a plus.
* Proficient with ERP and Business Intelligence systems
* High attention to detail, highly organized
* Outstanding communication skills
* Strong collaboration and teamwork
* Self-starter, takes initiative, problem solver

Salary Range : $100,000.00 – $120,000.00
