Job Summary: Takes responsibility for all data entry and maintenance of employee health visits into the employee health database to ensure accuracy and monitor network employee compliance. Oversees FIT testing and safe patient handling training. Compiles and inputs data for OSHA Reports. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience:
High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Facility Specific License/Certifications: Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required Essential Functions: Enters and maintains all health requirement data for employees, volunteers and contracted employees. Provides assistance to vendors, as needed. Files health documentation and reports in employee health charts. Assists with receiving and screening calls and walk-ins, referring them to the appropriate personnel or department. Answers general employee health related questions regarding policies, procedures and annual health requirements. Oversees FIT testing and safe patient handling training. Compiles and inputs data for OSHA Reports. Provides general clerical support and assists with generating reports as needed. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
