Pay Range :
$85,000-115,000 annuallyAs a dynamic, driven, and top-performing Director of Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers and winning new business within the medium-large size segment alongside managing a portfolio of existing accounts. Initiative coupled with a growth mindset, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, are the keys to achieving the performance objectives of this role. The Director of Sales orchestrates involvement of multiple stakeholders, so that pain points are uncovered, and tailored solutions are developed. These tools in combination with targeted leads with a high-velocity sales process will gear you up for success!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Effectively executes sales activities and maintains a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed net revenue goals and expectations in our multiple services and verticals (Military, eCommerce, Pharma, Perishables)Ability to produce, qualify, and target new prospective clients to add to our existing portfolioTimely and meaningful updates in our Customer Relationship Management platformHas a growth mindset and collaborates across teams effectively to constantly seek new business opportunities from new and existing customersAbility to construct and work with data led reporting including utilizing market intelligence tools.Orchestrates customer/Able’s internal relationships and collaborate with local and regional subject matter expertsEstablishes multiple contacts and builds relationships at multiple levels and functional teams within prospects, developing advocates within a customer’s organization to strengthen relationshipsUnderstands and stays informed of the customers’ business, industry, and sector, and applies that knowledge to identify opportunities and articulate where we can provide value within the customer’s supply chainParticipates in the creation of value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including supporting presentation materials and cost-benefit calculationsSupports the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork.
