Rogers Behavioral Health in Ladera Heights is excited to announce an opening for a PRN (as needed) RN for our outpatient clinic. This role is flexible in hours and days, based on your availability and clinic needs. Minimum of two 8 hour day a week is required. Our nurses in the outpatient setting are primarily administrative, with no med mess or ADLs.

Summary: 

Modes of treatment utilized include group therapy, individual supportive therapy, behavior modification, pharmacology, and recreational therapy. The care delivery system features an interdisciplinary team approach. Nursing care is implemented by a primary nursing model. Nurses working in this area do not necessarily need experience in psychiatry, BUT must have an interest in this area. This position is open to experienced RNs and new grad nurses. All nurses new to Rogers Behavioral Health, regardless of experience, will receive an extensive orientation.

 

 

Required Skills:

  • RN License in the State of California 
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen

 

Salary: $32.40/hour (starting) to $40.88/hour (midpoint). Based on your number of years of experience.
