Third Party Risk Management Senior Analyst

Executes various tasks related to technical support and development of TPRM Gateway, the U.S. Firms’ Risk and Brand Protection (R&BP) Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. The scope of the TPRM program includes performing risk-based due diligence on Deloitte U.S. Firm’s third parties. Due diligence will include reviews by Independence, Anti-Corruption & Trade, Vendor Cyber Security, and other risk domains.

Expected to:

Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of TPRM Gateway
Gain basic knowledge and understanding of Deloitte U.S. third party due diligence policies and guidelines, as well as working knowledge and proficiency in various risk & compliance group compliance processes and monitoring functions
Gain full understanding of Aravo configuration to support and develop TPRM Gateway
Provide technical support related to all elements of TPRM Gateway, including user access, user interface, reporting & monitoring, bulk import jobs, and process support.
Respond to Service Now tickets and work with risk & compliance groups to process third party submissions
Liaise with the TPRM Gateway stakeholders on third party due diligence matters and system requests
Provide other support related to reporting of activity from TPRM Gateway and analyzing metrics for performance of third party diligence efforts
Trouble-shoot flawed system behavior to identify root cause(s) and develop and verify fixes.
Identify platform issues and open support cases to platform vendor
Define enhancement ideas for better solutioning to business requirements
Collaboratively work with colleagues in the US and USI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TPRM Gateway
Provide other support to the TPRM leadership

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

Provide technical support of TPRM Gateway including but not limited to:
Proactively monitor system performance
Support users via Service Now Tickets
Troubleshoot problems to identify root causes
Replicate issues reported in the Staging environment
Define, develop and test fixes
Manage user access updates
Conduct bulk import jobs for data updates
Support reporting and dashboards for risk domain users and other TPRM Gateway stakeholders
Support configuration changes and system development
Learn and follow best practices for Aravo configuration and versioning
Assess change requests against existing system behavior
Assess best path for development work to avoid negative impact to Production
Configure new version of all system elements
Manage development work within allocated development sprints
Coordinate configuration adjustments and development work amongst the technical support team
Take initiative to assist team members and share configuration
Conduct system testing and support go live activities
Conduct verification testing of configuration changes and development work
Key participant during System integration testing (SIT)
Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Assist with cutover planning and cutover preparation tasks
Assist with cutover and go live activities
Provide hyper care support after go-live
Other tasks specifically supporting and developing TPRM Gateway for business requirements and compliance needs while providing a robust and good user experience and supporting TPRM Gateway stakeholders in their use of the system.

Key Skills

Experience with Aravo configuration or aptitude to learn complex configuration
Experience with configurating/administering and/or developing an application and/or platform is required
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools
Experience in reading and writing system logic (conditions and validations) preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Ability to analyze problems and facilitate solutions
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility in working on several processes or projects simultaneously to meet team goals and responsibilities
Ability to work with tools including Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint, Service Now, Jira, Confluence
Strong track record of working remotely and independently
Strong experience in working collaboratively with subject matter resources in often a virtual and cross border environment

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

Configuration knowledge within Aravo is preferred, but not required
At least 4-6 years of experience working for a professional services organization providing one or more of the following: system configuration, development, troubleshooting, implementation, user support, reporting and other related services.
Substantive experience with application and/or platform troubleshooting, and support is required
Bachelor’s Degree

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $123,200.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
