Field Operations Rep, Los Angeles – Part-time

Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on a dancefloor. We’re on a mission to bring all of this to more fans, more often – and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for part-time reps to join our Field Operations team in LA to ensure that the market-leading standards DICE sets in product design are replicated in the dynamic, real-world environment of live events.

Providing training on DICE tools to our partner venues and promoters, ensuring all of our partners receive first-class support.
Supporting the Field Operations team on-site.
Supporting the Access Control process and scanning tickets if needed.
Coordinating fan queues.
Providing training to venue staff.
Carrying out ad hoc assignments as needed.

You are

Passionate, humble and talented.
A fan of music and culture.
Actively responsible.
Not shy to get stuck in, hustle around a problem and get the best result.
Flexible in terms of working hours and schedule.

You’ll need

Experience in the live music events environment and in event information administration.
Good understanding of Android, iOS, Windows, and Web working environments.
Ability to think on your feet and respond quickly and rationally to any urgent issues.
An eye for detail and excellent communication skills to make sure everyone knows the vital info.
