KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization. Responsibilities: Leverage KPMGs existing Private Equity client base to further develop relationships with C-suite executives and functional leaders at select portfolio companies Collaborate with Account and Industry Leadership to identify priority areas for focus, drive pipeline development and nurture opportunities through to close Develop understanding of broad KPMG Advisory and Tax service offerings, and deliver value through relationship building and ability to match client/target needs with KPMG solutions Qualifications: Minimum ten years of recent demonstrated business development sales, and client management experience in professional services, requiring the management of corporate accounts with direct sales responsibility within the Private Equity sector Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience Capable of demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence, and results; experience developing and leading relationship-building activities with key economic buyers across the entire C-Suite Able to understand complex industry challenges and KPMG service offerings, and to apply such knowledge to appropriately match client needs; strong executive presence; ability and passion to drive collaboration across KPMGs Private Equity sectors, Service Line leadership and the Business Development organization Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG complies with all local/state regulations in regards to displaying salary ranges.
