Position Summary This position will report to the Retail Marketing Manager of Pop-Up Stores. The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will support US Pop-Up Store initiatives for the organization. The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for event preparation, visual merchandising strategy development, and seamless execution of engaging and exciting Pop Ups. Responsibilities Support Retail Marketing Manager in ideation, planning, and execution of Pop-Up Stores Research and analyze market trends and customer data in order to further targeted efforts Execute event planning tasks accurately and in a timely manner Develop and plan compelling visual strategies from trend forecasting, space planning, fixture mapping, merchandising, styling, displays, and windows Communicate with internal and external partners on support needs required to fulfill job responsibilities Select product assortment through analysis of customer demographic and ecomm sales trends Travel to the Pop-Up Store location to execute setup plans from placement of fixtures, mannequins, visual elements, and marketing to create an engaging and elevated shopping experience. Implement visual merchandising strategy and ensure backup plans are in place to replenish merchandise sell through Provide thorough and concise direction to temp BAs regarding customer service expectations, merchandise recovery, maintenance, and replenishment Support takedown once Pop Up has concluded Compile Pop-Up Store post mortems for executive review Participate as an active member of the team by engaging in department calls and meetings by sharing strategic and innovative ideas to enhance the Pop-Up Store experience and business Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in related field 2 years of experience in Retail and/or Visual Merchandising preferred 2 years of experience in Events Coordination or Planning preferred Project a professional demeanor as well as using tact when working with others Ability to work effectively within a team environment or independently with minimum supervision Able to build strong relationships through high-level of communication and partnership Strong research, organizational, problem solving, and project management skills to meet deadlines Comfortable with data analysis and sales reporting Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus well under pressure Flexible with availability and accessible for urgent calls and/or meetings Able to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to travel up to 50% to different parts of the country to support execution of Pop-Up Stores is a must (safe travel planned in accordance with COVID guidelines and protocols) SHEIN Distribution is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace environment Pay: $20 – $28.00 Hourly
