Personal Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the CEO of a real estate investment company. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with responsibilities including:Handling daily tasks such as online orders, grocery shopping, appointment scheduling, chauffeur duties, checking the CEO’s Google calendar, and setting daily remindersProficient in the use of Google Docs and Sheets, email, and other necessary tools, while being able to work at a fast pace and learn the CEO’s scheduleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and note-takingCoordinating and scheduling conferences and travel arrangements, including accommodation, transportation, and itinerary preparationConducting research for special projects as assigned by the CEOThe ideal candidate for this position should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
