- IHS facility dedicated to providing healthcare services to Local Native Indian patient population
- Federally Qualified Community Health Center
- Monday – Friday, No Weekend / No Call
- Variety of case-mix including – complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorder, depression, family counseling, and more
