The Nurse Manager Emergency Services will report to the Medical Director of the Emergency Department. The Manager will be supported by tenured and experienced ER Nurse Supervisors, as well as an amazing team of Emergency Nursing Charge RNs and CEN Staff Registered Nurses. This person will get to work alongside an outstanding team of Emergency Medicine Physicians, Provider Specialists, and other departmental leaders.
The Nurse Manager Emergency Services will be responsible for the 24-hour clinical supervision and administrative management of the Emergency Department in accordance with hospital goals and values. They will facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care, and will help lead a competent team of Emergency Charge RNs and other staff by exhibiting excellent leadership and organizational skills. The Nurse Manager will also implement benchmarks for success while mentoring and educating other nursing personnel.
