The primary role of the Banquet Server is to maintain dining ambience with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude and serve guests with food and beverages in a positive and timely manner.
Core Responsibilities:
• Greets quests upon arrival and assist in seating as required by group; ensures a pleasant visit for each guest and maintains effective guest relations
• Participate in event setup and breakdown of the dining area for special and daily occasions, as well as contributing to overall cleanliness and presentation
• Serves guests food and beverage in a banquet event setting to ensure quality service is provided Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
