Our store in League City, TX is in need of a Lead Sales Associate.

We are looking for someone who can champion our brand and treat this location as if it was his or her own.
The Lead Associate is to support the Area Manager in upholding the brand and lead in store operations.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Execute merchandising, apparel placement and folding Create a fun and energetic atmosphere inside the store with customers and staff Engage with customers and ensure they are served beyond their expectation Process payments, handle returns and restock the showroom floor Work with integrity and a positive outlook Lead store operations such as inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment, returns and exchanges Receive, stock and merchandise all incoming transfers Ensure all merchandise in the stockroom is organized and easily counted Collaborate retail store improvement strategies with store management Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management PHYSICAL DEMANDS Requires standing approximately 5-8 hours per day, usually 5 days per week During peak sales periods, longer shifts throughout the day are possible May be required to climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise Required to lift items weighing 5-30 lbs.
