Collaborate with partners in investment, marketing, and communications to originate compelling content for external stakeholders on the real asset alternatives sector.

Collaborate and work with other members of the Research Team to conduct innovative macro strategy research.

Implement innovative research techniques to develop insights across commercial real estate sectors, elevating Bridge’s thematic investing profile and communicate the implications of macroeconomic and geopolitical topics influencing commercial real estate markets.

Work with internal and external data partners to develop content that accentuates the firm’s strategic positioning on various sectors.

Create compelling visualizations and interactive data tools that inspire action.

Work with internal and external design teams to streamline messaging, design, as well as publications, on deadline.

What You Should Bring You will have a passion for analyzing macroeconomic trends and investment strategy and be energized to impact Bridge’s data-driven investment and marketing goals.

One to two years of experience in commercial real estate or alternative assets research role A desire to create a compelling investment case for sophisticated institutional and retail investors.

An undergraduate degree with economics and statistics components as well as demonstrable research methods and assessment skills.

Ability to keep track of current economic events using various sources.

Fluency with macroeconomic data such as interest rates, inflation, and commercial real estate data.

Experience leveraging multiple data sources to support research initiatives.

Proven talent in technical business writing and communication skills to translate complex issues into simple, actionable items for external stakeholders.

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data wrangling and visualization.

Knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal, Python, Tableau, Power BI, GIS etc, is not required but advantageous An autonomous mind set with a proactive approach to your work, that also allows collaboration across multiple teams and levels.
