Air Revenue Management Leader

Manages the activities of the revenue management department to ensure accurate and timely customer data capture, revenue capture, rate application, invoicing, cost entry, payables processing, and file closure.

Develops and implements financial procedures within corporate guidelines and standard audit practices, and conducts ongoing review of existing procedures to determine opportunities for improvement.

Researches and resolves the most complex revenue management issues, and provides support to operations and sales related to billing.

Responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience related to billing and revenue management.

Escalation point for billing and payables issues within the station.

Ensure issues that are raised are resolved quickly and effectively as well as communicated well within the Network.

Supervises two or more staff; responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and team development.

Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes.

Responsible for transactional operations, including billing, cost entry, financial reporting, and resolution of financial issues.

Review and Action various financial reports to ensure proper revenue management and profit share.

Training and Development of revenue management team.

Compliance and proper handling of documents according to regulations and internal procedures, IOP’s, and SOP’s.

Escalation point for air financial operations issues.

Facilitate and create key relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, internal and external.

Subject Matter Expert for financial operations matters within air station.

Any Other Duties as needed to meet the business needs.
