The Commercial Strategy Intern can expect to provide basic financial analysis, market access planning, competitive research, relationship management with stakeholders, and general administrative support.
The role requires a fundamental understanding of the biomedical device industry and STEM concepts.

• Enrolled or recent graduate from MBA programnn nn
• Prior degree in a STEM field with 3.2 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale, ORnn nn
• Demonstrated experience or interest in biomedical, pharma, cosmetic, or related industriesnn nn
• Capable of independent market sizing and business opportunity analysisnn nn
• Familiarity with financial statements, including accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP), basic analysis, and modeling based on gathered datann nn
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skillsnn nn
• Exceptional writing skills and comfort drafting both internal and public facing communicationsnn nn
• Comfort organizing and presenting company information to stakeholdersnn nn
• Able to perform independent data gathering and summarynn nn
• Capable of efficiently and concisely organizing internal progress or varied stakeholder interactions into brief formatnn nn
• Exposure to or interest in biotechnologynn nn

• Support the AesculaTech value statement by providing actionable analysis of our current product, R&D projects, or proposed business partnershipsnn nn
• Perform sector analysis for current and future development interestsnn nn
• Independently pursue business development opportunities through research and networkingnn nn
• Support existing business relationships, engaging with partners and investorsnn nn
• Maintain organized records of meetings with stakeholdersnn nn
• Develop company resources in line with management goals and growth plansnn nn
• Offer adaptable support to administrative efforts ranging from human resource planning to capital managementnn nn
• Coordinate with management to draft important documents, presentations, and other materialsnn nn
• Cultivate a working knowledge of the company platform technology, demonstrating a willingness to internalize scientific conceptsnn nn
