Job Description We are immediately seeking a Full-time Onsite Project Controls Cost Analyst to join the team at American Process Management (APM) to support our project in Fontana, CA. APM uses our proprietary process to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $2 billion in total cost. This team member will be responsible for supporting the companys financial and strategic goals through the analysis, evaluation, and execution of all aspects of construction financial analysis for some of the largest companies in the United States. Responsibilities Conduct detailed analysis of project financial actuals, cash flows, estimates, and budgets Engage with project teams to develop and maintain project budget and forecast Lead monthly meetings with project team to review project actuals, variance, and forecast Provide project variance explanations to visualize the “why’ behind the numbers Develop monthly financial accruals to keep projects SOX compliant Communicate forecast changes, variances, and areas of risk Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Professional Customer focused Experience & Educations Bachelors degree in a business-related field including, but not limited to: Construction Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics Minimum of 2 years work experience within the financial analytics industry Company Description APM is a fast growing company that uses our proprietary process to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $2 billion in total cost.
