The incumbent will have the opportunity to participate on several company- projects and change initiatives. The incumbent will provide day-to-day support to employees and managers in the areas of policy interpretation, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, terminations, acting as a resource to employees on HR-related matters. Additionally, the incumbent will wide be able to make recommendations and develop strategies in alignment with the Company’s commitments. Essential Functions Provide day-to-day human resources services to employees and managers in the areas of employee relations, fostering leadership success, shaping the employee experience, creating an inclusive culture, and policy improvement, implementation, and administration. Acts as a resource to employees. Support Human Resources Coordinator with onboarding programs; maintain and update onboarding collaterals and share with company-wide human resource teams.Evaluate onboarding programs and maintain metrics to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Partner with managers to create/edit job descriptions to reflect current needs of the organization.Proactively audit existing job descriptions to ensure they are aligned to support departmental/organizational changes. Conduct employee relation investigations, maintain documentation, and ensure confidentiality. Serve as a coach and mentor for Human Resources Coordinator Train and provide support to Managers while developing and establishing great working relationships with them. Continually evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and relevance. Project manage performance and talent development processes for assigned client group.Participates in delivering training to employees and managers on to ensure process goals and objectives are understood. Participate as a contributing team member on diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility and relate HR operational projects by attending ENG or diversity council meetings. Maintain relevant Teams channels, update trackers and communicate updates regarding new hires and terminations with Talent Acquisition Update employee data in HRIS, payroll and applicable systems to ensure accuracy, identify and research errors, and ensure system correction are made as needed. Conduct and document exit interviews for assigned client group, analyze data to identify trends and provide updates to HR leadership and recommend improvements to existing processes. Train and provide support to local HR partners on Corporate AEG initiatives while developing and establishing great working relationships with them. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies Required Qualifications 4-6 years of related professional work experience Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (i.e., ADP, PeopleSoft, etc.) Experience with multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws Experience with Talent Management Systems (Cornerstone On-Demand, SuccessFactors, etc.) is preferred Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn required business systems Strong verbal and written communication skills, listening and interpersonal skills, excellent follow-up, and follow-through skills Organized with high attention to detail, a focus on accuracy and record of prioritizing multiple projects Demonstrated ability to forge strong, trusting relationships within all levels of the organization Ability to recommend solutions to complex and sensitive employee matters while maintaining confidentiality Familiarity with Federal and State employment and leave laws (i.e., FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA,) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and in team environment Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to work effectively and with a sense of urgency to perform administrative tasks, cope well with change, and maintain composure under pressure Ability to adapt to new technologies to ensure efficiencies AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
