Job Summary: The Procurement Analyst will act as gatekeeper to ensure all critical data elements are in place, using consistency.

This is a fast-paced role that requires a customer service-oriented individual who can engage with vendors in an efficient manner, serving as a key member of the procurement team.

Responsibilities: Responsible for managing workflows and requests for all item master and Bill of Material (BOM) creations, changes and maintenanceWork together with the Inventory team to Identify, analyze, and report/resolve data issues, related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Works cross functionally with leadership on New Product Developments to achieve on time launches Negotiate with different suppliers for price, quality, and lead-times.Expedite and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.Analyze requisitions, and invoicesWork together with the Demand Planning Team to track and monitor inventory and needs to determine when to order or purchase new items.Identifies and researches potential new suppliersLiaises with key company employees to determine their purchasing needParticipate in monthly budgeting, strategic planning, and quarterly forecasting Work together with the warehouse, packaging and developing team to find saving project Actively participate in IT implementation projects and various other projects as deemed necessary Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality issues through process control / improvement and error detection / correctionConducts data cleansing to identify unused and/or duplicate data for better management and quicker accessCreate custom reports and dashboards, audit performance on an on-going basis, and build automated reports where relevantEnsure data documentation policies and procedures are properly developed and maintained.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Operations or Business 5 years experience in purchasingExperience in product development, product lifecycle management, quality systems, inventory control, and logistics managementAttention to details and strong organizational skills, as well as critical analysis and adaptability is essential, as is ability to recognize discrepancies in written information and recorded dataAbility to meet multiple deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesShould demonstrate ability to communicate effectivelyMust be able to work on assigned projects and responsibilities with limited supervisionProficient in SAP HANA or SAP R3-GUIProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Proficiency in Spanish
