Looking for qualified individual to start immediately Position is on site in Mobile, AL, so candidate must be willing to relocate if not currently there.
In this role, the Resource will have to handle the Manufacturing Engineer tasks necessary to perform the Control Plan.
The Control Plan is the reference (document or database) which identifies and defines all requirements for Quality Control Requirements (QCR) and inspections to manufacture a product that meets design and customer requirements Primary Task Responsibilities to support the Control Plan:
● Be part of the Control Plan Multi-Functional Team (MFT)
● Attend the weekly Control Plan MFT meeting
● Prepare & provide inputs for the Control Plan review: Standard Operation Instruction Process Structure Drawings
● Support the Control Plan team to define inspections or control requirements
● Release the Control Plan output to the Manufacturing Engineering team
● Alert and Inform when a Control Plan update is needed: Drawing change Process change
● Secure and Confirm the requirements from Control Plan are correctly deployed into Shop Floor
● Capture inputs / feedbacks from the shop floor to the Control Plan team (problem, improvements) Candidate Profile:
● Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Five (2) years of relevant experience in Engineering or
● Experience in a high technology culture and environment
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Experience with reading and interpreting design drawings
● Demonstrated skills in project tools such as Smartsheets, Zoho Projects or equivalent
● Team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved
● Self-disciplined with proven experience & ability to work in a hybrid work environment/culture (remote and in the office)
