Customer Support Represented needed ASAP!
We are looking for a customer support representative that has experience working with customers. This positions is located in City of Industry but can be hybrid or remote. This positions is a 1 month temp assignment, so we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Help deescalate situations
- Respond to all customer voicemails
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or retail experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Experience handling escalations
