Business Analyst (Business and Financial Operations)

Title- Business Analyst

Duration- Full Time

Location – Encino, CA / Concord, CA / Atlanta, GA

Job responsibilities include:

1. Work with various business units to gather business requirements, analyze related data structures and document process steps

2. Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team

3. Work with development and QA teams to implement investment and compliance projects

4. Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.

5. Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary

Required Skills Include:

1. Basic Financial services knowledge; prefer candidates with basic wealth management/Asset Management/Investment management knowledge

2. Basic data structures and SQL knowledge

3. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

4. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

5. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail

6. Roughly 5 + years related work experience
