Titles Management Associate

Overview

Responsibilities:
Lifecycle planning and project management for domestic titles, both series and features, that will enable you to plan when and how a title will launch on the platform
Full project setup, milestone tracking, risk assessment and mitigation, and reporting status throughout
Align title-level information and content delivery schedules with our Delivery and Programming teams
Ensure distribution rights are cleared, titles are represented accurately in relative management tools, and schedules are populated
Initiation of OV, localization, artwork, and metadata orders by specific content types which inform teams of intent and deadlines
Track delivery status, assess risks, remediate issues, and escalate late or missing assets and/or components in a timely manner
Coordinate Marketing and Product needs based on Programming and/or Creator intent
Strong partnership with cross-functional teams to anticipate issues and set up work streams for scalability
Effectively communicate project and title level updates to stakeholders
Build alliance within GCO and cross-functional partners
Collaborate with our solution teams to define tool requirements and enhancements to help scale our workflows

Must Haves:
1. Experience with media supply chains, shepherding content from production delivery through the consumer experience.
2. General and in-depth knowledge of a/v components
3. Project / Program Management experience
4. Strong affinity for TV and movies.

Nice to Have:
1. Previous work at a global streaming service.
2. Previous work in either mastering or localization.
3. Direct experience in a Content Operations for streaming.
