Become the professional you are meant to be in this meaningful role.

Process Development Scientist Live What you will do Lets do this.

Lets change the world.

Responsibilities: Characterizing candidate molecules to support protein primary structure as well as characterizing drug candidate chemical and post-translational modifications (quality attributes) and their susceptibility to modification during the process and product development activities.

This includes the use of mass spectrometry coupled with a variety of separation techniques, including liquid chromatography (reversed-phase, size-exclusion, cation-exchange) and capillary zone electrophoresis to identify, characterize, and quantitate quality attributes.

LC-MS analysis of intact therapeutic proteins and LC-MS/MS peptide mapping.

Focus on developing novel sample preparation and MS-based technologies to reduce time and material requirements during all phases of candidate selection.

This role will also emphasize mass spectrometric method development and application for product characterization, including primary structure/glycan structure elucidation.

Generation of technical documents and technical presentations is required.

Working as part of a cross-functional team to define strategies for protein mass spectrometry testing, performing complex data analyses, and developing high throughput methods to monitor attributes.

Requires ability to work collaboratively with other scientists on multidisciplinary teams.

Additional responsibilities include keeping current with the field of expertise, including literature and technology development.

Responsible for providing scientific results that support the generation of publications, patents, and regulatory submissions, participating in recruiting and candidate evaluation, exploring and evaluating emerging technologies relevant to MS-based characterization of therapeutic proteins, and supervising and analyzing driven scientific knowledge from external sources.

Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
