Remote Part Time Call Center Customer Service Rep

Pay Rate: $18.78 per hour

Training Schedule: 5 weeks – Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm

After Training: 5 hour shifts – 5 days a week; Monday – Saturday 5am – 11pm (shifts will be given after training and candidates must be flexible as it is a 24/7 call center)

Position is remote but requires that you reside in California

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
  • Responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.
  • Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
  • Resolve customers service or billing complaints.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Job Requirements:

Required/Preferred (Education/Experience):

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months – 1 year of call center customer service experience
  • Must reside in California
