Senior Line Cook

Kitchen Manager/Senior Line Cook needed for production kitchen near downtown LA. Responsibilities include managing prep cooks, keeping food safety logs, following recipes, and preparing food for plating. Hours are 3:30 to 11:30 Thursday through Monday. Bilingual is a plus. The position is an hourly plus a bonus which is based on customer service scores. Pay is weekly. Food handler certification is required.
