General Description This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service Department.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
•Responsible for order entry process.Creating work orders, handling incoming purchase orders, creating/updating required paperwork, and sending acknowledgements.
•Looking up roll order history.
•Scanning of filled order folders.
•Preparation of order files and maintaining correspondence / quotes for the orders.
•Variety of miscellaneous administrative duties.
•Perform other duties as assigned by Management.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
•Education: Associates Degree beneficial, but not required.
•Experience: 3
– 5 years’ experience.
•Languages: English
•Ability to organize and prioritize work
•Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
•Must have strong attention to details
