You’ll join an incredible team filled with smart, fun, passionate people who love making an impact.We believe in creative environments, progressive ideas and excellence in operational effectiveness.We love what we do.What will you do in this role?You willProvides employees support with their benefits and coordinates coverage with various insurance carriers.Coordinates with appropriate human resources staff to research alternatives for health, wellness, and retirement plans and benefit providers.Daily administration of the following benefits plans: 401(k), group medical, dental, vision, life and AD, short and long-term disability, and other benefit offerings.Manage annual open enrollment program.Administer new employee benefit enrollments and changes.Provide interface with HRIS and payroll systems to ensure deduction accuracy.Communicate enrollments, changes and terminations to benefit vendors.Reconcile insurance billings to payroll system to ensure accuracy of coverage, payroll deductions and premium payments.Administer the COBRA administration programAct as liaison between employees and benefit companies to assist with enrollment, eligibility and claim issues.Oversee the company’s workers’ compensation program.Provide FMLA and short and long-term disability leave administration.Responsible for accommodations under American with Disabilities Act.What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.SHRM-CP or CEBS certification preferred.At least three years of benefits administration experience or time in related areas including employee relations, and leave managementExperience with an HRIS (UKG).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Why work for us?
