Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of lighting technology, specifically powered by solar panels and other types of green energy sources. We are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service Manager to join our client’s growing team in the city of Chatsworth CA
This person acts as the head of the Customer Service team. You will be responsible for improving the customer service experience, engaging customers, and facilitating growth in the department.
Additionally, you will also:
- Address customer issues and make sure there is a follow-up
- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards, and then enforce those standards.
- Analyze statistics and compile reports sent to management
- Documenting customer service actions and discussions
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the customer service team
- Other managerial duties as applied
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. Monday to Friday. The hours are from 9 am to 5 pm.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications Needed:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or something similar
- You have worked, for at least 1-3 years, as a previous Customer Service Manager
- You are experienced in providing customer service support
- You have a working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- You have strong client-facing and communication skills
- You can think strategically and you possess leadership qualities
