We are growing and looking to add a Technical Recruiter to work with our remote team.Responsibilities: Act as an advocate for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process by establishing regular touch points and diligent follow through Facilitate the entire recruiting process, from application review, screening calls to coordinating interviews and maintain post onboarding relations Manage Account Manager and client expectations to ensure quality hires Collaborate with other recruiting team members on initiatives and other hiring needs Gain exposure to many top notch and exclusive clients within the tech industryRequirements: 3 years of technical recruiting experience Experience working with a variety of technical roles and skill sets (i.e.

software, firmware, hardware, FPGA, Engineering, etc.) Ability to learn and understand technical language Experience with various web applications, MS Word, Excel and Outlook Understand Boolean strings and experience sourcing through LinkedIn and various job boards Experience with ATS software (JobDiva preferred) Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, challenging work environment while managing multiple competing demands and constantly re-prioritizing to business needs Ability to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow, with a positive attitudePreferred Skills: Prior staffing agency experience Prior experience with JobDiva Technical background
