Develop clinical work schedules, anticipating staffing needs, to ensure sufficient staffing for eachshift within budgetary guidelines.
Coordinate flex scheduling to reduce over staffing, staff shortages and/or overtime.
Compile data for reporting on financial indicators and staffing related data.
Monitor attendance records and report issues to department leader.
Maintain time maintenance system for clinical departments.
Confirm completion of clinical competency checklists prior to creating post orientation schedules for new hires.What You Will NeedEducation: High school diploma or GED required.Additional Preferences Medical office experience with Customer Service knowledge, Staffing and Scheduling preferred.
