Cond Nast Entertainment was launched in 2011 to develop film, television and premium digital video programming.Job DescriptionLocation:New York, NYThe Senior Manager is responsible for developing strategies and executing multi-channel marketing programs to drive engagement and increase subscriber revenue throughout the customer journey.

A successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind-set, be an organized team player who can communicate and collaborate across the organization, and be a thought leader for developing and optimizing results-driven engagement and retention programs.

The Senior Manager will:Develop customer journeys based on customer insights/needs to drive customer engagement, retention and incremental revenueImplement and optimize multi-channel CRM programs for customer on-boarding and full lifecycle managementPartner with Marketing Analytics & Data Science to determine leading drivers for retention, identify audience targets key to subscription growth, and build segmentation strategiesDesign ongoing test plans and partner with cross-functional teams to execute tests and assure actionable learningsLead analysis and report on results of marketing efforts assessing results against relevant KPIs/goal and size opportunities for scaleCollaborate with brand leads to maintain a consistent, on-brand voice and messagingIdentify and build strategies to leverage new technologies, platforms, and channels to reach and engage our audiences.Provide project management support for various inter-departmental CRM activities, including technology enhancements, new capability launches, and pilot tests.Skill set:5-8 years of digital marketing experience with a strong understanding for driving engagement that translates into consumer revenueAbility to turn customer insights into marketing campaignsStrong analytics capabilities and comfort with digging into data to interpret findings and develop recommendationsAbility to navigate organizations and influence partnersExperience designing tests across multiple media channels to assure interpretable and actionable results and overseeing complex executionsStrong understanding of email best practices and CRM programsA keen creative sensibility with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detailAbility to drive results with strong problem solving skillsAbility to assess priorities, multi-task and possess effective time-management skillsConversant and able to use technology and marketing platforms and tools that can measure and drive marketing programs and conversionsHave or ability to develop a strong working knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Adobe Audience Manager, Parse.ly, and similar tools.Proficient in MS office and G Suite productsLI-AT1What happens next?If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply below, and we will review your application as soon as possible.
