We hope connecting you to a potential role is just the beginning.ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Digital Operations team, the Manager of Digital Operations is responsible for supporting the management and execution of digital projects within Altice USA.

The Digital Operations Manager’s primary responsibilities will include leading the team executing key projects such as the customer portal redesign project, prospective customer retargeting, and management of search tools for customers and internal agents.Oversee management and execution of key digital projects and programs.Align with business objectives and lead the requirements gathering and development efforts of additional enhancements for the customer portal and support sites.Manage partnership with external vendors to align with project priorities and timelines.Optimize the digital retargeting strategy while continuously iterating using data-driven decision-making.Manage all aspects of digital retargeting strategy and develop email and SMS campaigns.Oversee enhancements and optimizations of the search experience for existing customers and internal sales agents.Work collaboratively with key stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Technical and Digital teams to drive development of new features.QualificationsQualifications5 years of eCommerce or digital experience with at least 3 years of direct management experience.Highly motivated and self-starting.Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask in a fast-paced work environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills: comfortable and effective in small group and large group presentations.

Compelling and accurate writing skills for presentations and email communication.High degree of independent leadership, critical thinking, communication, accountability, analytical and teamwork skillsExperience working directly with Executive level stakeholdersStrategic and analytical thinker
– ability to quickly synthesize information, conclusions and recommend actionsSelf-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail; ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills working with a high degree of ambiguity.
