The Promotional Event Representative will play a vital, customer facing role in promoting our clients foundations by developing and implementing promotional events and campaigns.
We are seeking candidates who are excited to interact with the public and provide information on the clients we represent.
The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and have the desire to build a career with our organization Responsibilities include: Daily management of events Monitoring weekly goals and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities Participate in the training program and implement all acquired skills to deliver results Maintain a strong knowledge of charity accomplishments, on site projects, fundraising terms and sponsorships Professionally communicate with all peers, clients and management Reach sponsorship targets and donor retention goals Event Planning, set up and maintenance Customer Service Acting as a representative for brands we represent and promoting them Supporting and implementing strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
