Qualified candidates must have:
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting with high-level positions
- Experience with partnering with Principals and Executives on open roles
- Able to deliver “white glove” service to candidates and managers
- Able to work 25 plus reqs
- Able to hit the ground running
- Knowledge of ATS required Lever preferred
- Able to manage candidate pipeline and interview process
- Able to manage demanding managers with realistic expectations
- Looking for someone that has a sense of humor, but works hard
