Summary:
The Lead Generator will handle the execution of business related processes using software development and project management skills, curate and analyze reports, and day to a day administrative tasks that may be required. This person will be working with IT to resolve issues, aid in implement of new systems, and troubleshoot system functionality issues.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in analysis to identify current capabilities and areas of improvement
- Collect business requirements that effect technology systems and engage with technology team to resolve issues
- Write and communicate requirements by following standard procedures
- Manage teams of people across functional areas to implement a project
- Handle and use risk assessment to help mitigate risks to project
- Participate in meetings and required workshops for planning and ongoing project management
- Execute on test script developed in design and implementation phases
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are within the organization’s desired culture and values
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Loan Servicing and/or Loan Origination a plus
- Must be able to work well with others and have strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and mathematical skills
- Experience in inancial services and mortgage industry is a plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
