We are currently seeking candidates for our Staffing (Personnel) Coordinator role.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for client services and account management, business development, and employee relations.
Specific responsibilities include:recruiting and screening talent, coordinating the placement of candidates into openings with a diverse set of Lehigh Valley clientsmeeting with clients to assess needsmarketing candidates and services to new and existing clients in order to build businesssupporting field employees throughout the course of their assignments The role of Staffing Coordinator requires you to be curious about everything people, the Lehigh Valley, your customers, and your employees.
It also requires you to be creative; from thinking quickly on your feet during conversations to creatively sourcing candidates in a challenging job market, you’ll find the ability to think outside the box of great benefit.
