With many local and national prestigious awards, including INC 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies for 8 consecutive years & Fortune’s Best Places to Work in 2020, it’s an exciting time to join Team24 Here you have the opportunity to impact the lives of others while working with a team of highly motivated individuals.We are hiring for a Community Partnerships Manager for our Oxnard location RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive referral generation and revenue for assigned Regional CentersCollaborate with Vice President, Community Partnerships, to create and implement strategic sales plans for assigned Regional Center(s)Provide support and coverage of sales activities in other territories as necessitated by interim staffing changes, local community events or business needsCultivate new and existing Regional Center relationships and provide updated information regarding current programs and services for assigned territoriesRepresent the organization in a professional manner at Regional Center-hosted meetings and professional functions including occasional after hours and weekend events as neededCoordinate and conduct sales activities such as in-service presentations, 1 on 1 meetings, open houses, email campaigns, lunches, etc.

both in-person and virtually to increase brand visibility, awareness and ultimately achieve referral KPIs as forecasted on a quarterly and annual basisCollaborate with members of CP Leadership and Shared Support teams to plan, promote and execute on division initiatives and campaigns (Toy Drive, Wishpack, etc.) to expand brand awareness for community focus and philanthropyIdentify community events in assigned Regional Center territories that will promote brand awareness in the developmental disability community and business growthIdentify and develop alternative channel partnerships in assigned Regional Center territories (State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD), Associated Family Resource Centers, Autism Society, Down Syndrome Society, etc.) to promote business growthCollaborate with Vice President, Community Partnerships, to prospect and implement new service lines and expand on current service lines for assigned Regional CentersTrack sales activity and report analysis on return on investment in 1 on 1 meetings, quarterly QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and other potential group settings.

The CPM will have the opportunity to provide recommendations to maximize ROI within assigned territoryServe as co-leader of the branch; educating the team on sales activity and progression, and aligning team members with the importance of the sales function to the overall businessPrepare and submit reports as required; including QBRs which are presented to DS Managers & leadership.Collaborate with Operations team Program Manager(s) for assigned Regional Center territories to ensure sales initiatives are in line with operational reality.Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations, Regional Director, Community Partnerships, Program Manager, and Operations team to identify need for QA visits for relationship management purposes and conduct meetings as necessary/assignedCollaborate with Program Manager(s) and Regional Director, Operations to support Talent Acquisition Coordinator learning and development as well as to ensure hiring efforts are in line with service needsEffectively communicate ideas, foster open communication and open-door policyEnsure compliance with all Regional Center requirements, Title 17, and federal and state lawsAbide by HIPAA and secure all protected health informationQUALIFICATIONS:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities, and able to react and adjust quickly to changing conditionsStrong communication skills; able to communicate effectively and articulately in writing and orallySolid relationship management skills enhancing internal organizational relations and external community interactionsDedicated to shared and measurable goals for the common good; creating, resourcing, scaling, and leveraging strategies and innovations for broad investment and impactAbility to ‘ask the tough questions’ and create ‘constructive tension’ when neededSome evening and weekend hours requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; Word; Excel; Outlook; PowerPointReliable means of transportationWhile performing the duties of the job, employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, sit for long periods of time; must be able to read, write, speak and hear well enough to communicateManual Dexterity is required to utilize keyboards, and office equipmentEmployee may occasionally be required to lift up to 20lbs to file documents, and/or store office material.
